Bob Stallman, president of American Farm Bureau Federation, presented Boone County Farm Bureau member Hilary Maricle her plaque for graduating the American Farm Bureau Federation's Partners in Agricultural Leadership (PAL) program at the National Leadership Conference.
PAL is designed to enhance leadership skills built through an individual's participation in American Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers & Ranchers Discussion Meet, Achievement Award, Excellence in Agriculture Award and/or the American Farm Bureau Federation Young Farmers & Ranchers Committee.
