Giving to the Foundation
Financial Support for the Nebraska Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture comes from individual donors, Nebraska Farm Bureau Federation, County Farm Bureaus and other agriculture organizations, allied groups and corporations/foundations. The following individual giving options are available:
Donors can make contributions to help the Foundation carry out it's general mission or they can designate a specific funding pillar they would like to contribute to with those funds being restricted for use only for the programs and projects in that funding pillar.
- Outright gifts (cash, securities, real estate)
- Deferred or planned giving (wills and bequests, life insurance, remainder interest)
- Memorial or tributes
- Gifts in trust
- Annuities and annuity trusts
The Nebraska Farm Bureau Foundation for Agriculture is a non-profit, charitable organization and has been determined as exempt from Federal Income Tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions or donations may be tax deductible.
