LINCOLN, NEB. – “Nebraska’s farm and ranch families need champions in Washington, D.C., fighting for them each and every day, and they have one in Pete Ricketts. I want to offer our sincere congratulations to Pete on his appointment to represent Nebraska in the U.S. Senate. We look forward to continuing to work with him, as well as Nebraska Senator Deb Fischer, on the many public policy issues facing farmers and ranchers in Nebraska.”
“Nebraskans need leaders who get things done. Senate designate Ricketts has proven time and again that he can advance good policy for all Nebraskans. I have watched Pete be an outstanding promoter of Nebraska agriculture, both here and around the world. I have no doubt he will keep Nebraska agriculture front and center in Washington, D.C.
