Convenient Care Plus
Convenient Care Plus (CCP) offers access to high-quality healthcare through a nationwide network of healthcare providers and telehealth doctors. Receive unlimited access to a network of credentialed physicians who can diagnose most healthcare problems and prescribe medication by phone or video conferencing.
Some of the most common aliments treated by telehealth visits include strep throat, ear infections, respiratory infections, bronchitis, pink eye, sinus infections, insect bites, rashes, nausea and vomiting, even tobacco use disorders. The average waiting period from the time you first call in and speak with a nurse until the doctor’s call back is less than an hour. Convenient Care Plus is only a phone call away.
Plans range from $7-$55/month for individuals and families. All plans include the cost of generic medications and some plans cover the cost of x-rays, laboratory services, and Urgent Care visits. Access to CCP telehealth care begins within 24 hours of enrollment.

Both dental plans (Low/High) offer flexibility and allow the insured to choose any dental provider for preventive, basic, and major service care.
The two vision plans are available through VSP and EyeMed Network. Both plans offer competitive coverage for eye exams, lenses, frames, and contacts, as well as services in and out of network. There is no waiting period for either vision plan.
