Livestock Electronic ID Proposal Raises Questions

Earlier this year, the USDA proposed a new rule that would require both visual and readable electronic ear tags for interstate movement of cattle and bison. Electronic ID tags for livestock have been a source of debate for several years and Nebraska Farm Bureau is raising questions with the latest proposal.
