Nebraska Farm Bureau thanks Nebraska’s Congressional Delegation for their support of the Ending Agricultural Trade Suppression (EATS) Act. This important legislation looks to address the significant uncertainty created by the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling upholding California’s Proposition 12.
Perkins County Canal Key to Future

When we look at the proposed Perkins County Canal project, we see it as Nebraska securing its water future. Nebraska should use the tools at our disposal to ensure a successful future.
