State Senator Andrew La Grone Receives NEFB-PAC Endorsement

LINCOLN, NEB. – Nebraska State Senator Andrew La Grone is seeking election to District 49 in the Nebraska Legislature, and has received the endorsement of the Nebraska Farm Bureau’s Political Action Committee (NEFB-PAC). The NEFB-PAC endorsements are based on candidate’s positions on agriculture and rural issues and recommendations from district evaluation committees.

“He has strong, conservative values and will work to reduce property taxes in Nebraska. These qualities make him a great candidate to represent the people of District 49,” said Mark McHargue of Central City, chairman of NEFB-PAC and first vice president of Nebraska Farm Bureau.

According to McHargue, La Grone will work hard to lower taxes, especially property taxes,

and will be an advocate for Farm Bureau priorities.

“We’re pleased to support Andrew as he seeks election in District 49. We encourage Nebraska Farm Burau members to support Andrew and we look forward to working with him for the betterment of Nebraska,” said McHargue.

The Nebraska Farm Bureau is a grassroots, state-wide organization dedicated to supporting farm and ranch families and working for the benefit of all Nebraskans through a wide variety of educational, service and advocacy efforts. More than 58,000 families across Nebraska are Farm Bureau members, working together to achieve rural and urban prosperity as agriculture is a key fuel to Nebraska’s economy.
