State Senator Suzanne Geist Receives Nebraska Farm Bureau-PAC Endorsement
LINCOLN, NEB. – Nebraska State Senator Suzanne Geist has received the endorsement of the Nebraska Farm Bureau’s Political Action Committee (NEFB-PAC) in her bid for re-election to serve the citizens of Legislative District 25. The NEFB-PAC endorsement is based on candidate’s positions on agriculture and rural issues and recommendations from district evaluation committees.
“Sen. Geist’s legislative priorities of lessening government intervention on businesses and fostering a business-friendly climate across the state match up well with Nebraska Farm Bureau members’ core policy beliefs,” said Mark McHargue of Central City, chairman of NEFB-PAC and first vice president of Nebraska Farm Bureau.
According to McHargue, Sen. Geist’s common sense and conservative values have served the constituents of her district and the state of Nebraska well during her time in the Legislature.
“Her business-friendly beliefs and support for providing property tax relief for all Nebraskans are welcomed by our members. We are happy to count Sen. Geist among those receiving the NEFB-PAC endorsement,” said McHargue.
