State Senator Tom Brewer Receives Nebraska Farm Bureau-PAC Endorsement

LINCOLN, NEB. – Nebraska State Senator Tom Brewer has received the endorsement of the Nebraska Farm Bureau’s Political Action Committee (NEFB-PAC) in his bid for re-election to serve the citizens of Legislative District 43. The NEFB-PAC endorsement is based on candidate’s positions on agriculture and rural issues and recommendations from district evaluation committees.

“Sen. Brewer’s conservative values and his work on several of Nebraska Farm Bureau’s priority issues are among the many reasons we’re pleased to include him among those receiving the endorsement of the NEFB-PAC,” said Mark McHargue of Central City, chairman of NEFB-PAC and first vice president of Nebraska Farm Bureau.

During his time in the Legislature, Sen. Brewer has been a strong proponent of property tax relief for Nebraskans, as well as working to lower taxes for retirees. His focus on upholding the rights of private property owners has also been well received by Nebraska Farm Bureau members.

“Sen. Brewer has brought a strong voice for rural Nebraska to the Legislature. We are happy to support him as he seeks re-election. We look forward to continuing to work with him to lower property taxes and improve our state’s overall tax policy,” said McHargue.

The Nebraska Farm Bureau is a grassroots, state-wide organization dedicated to supporting farm and ranch families and working for the benefit of all Nebraskans through a wide variety of educational, service, and advocacy efforts. More than 58,000 families across Nebraska are Farm Bureau members, working together to achieve rural and urban prosperity as agriculture is a key fuel to Nebraska’s economy.
