Nebraska Supreme Court Releases Water Transfer Decision 

Nebraska Supreme Court released their decision in the case regarding an application to transfer surface water from the Platte River to the Republican River. The decisions sets precedent for determining who can oppose interbasin water transfers.

This week, the U.S. Supreme Court denied hearing a case about the North Carolina agricultural interference law that prevents undercover employees at farms and other workplaces from taking documents and recordings from their business without their permission.
