Nebraska Brand Introduces Waivable Citations
Minor infractions of the Nebraska brand law will now be treated much like a traffic violation with the introduction of waivable citations on Nov. 1, 2021. The Nebraska Brand Committee announced this week citations will be used for several situations including sale, or movement of livestock outside the brand area without inspection, among others.
