EPA Announces Renewable Fuels Standard Blend
While EPA claims this new rule will ensure the agency meets the Congressionally mandated goal of blending 15 billion gallons of biofuels into our nations fuel supply in 2020, we still have great concerns about EPA having previously granted an excessive number of waivers relieving oil refiners of their legal obligations to blend biofuels.
