The Young Farmers and Ranchers committee is a group of young producers from across the state. Selected by the Nebraska Farm Bureau Board of Directors, this committee steers the direction and planning of the conference each year. The committee members are divided into districts which allows them to better serve young farmers and ranchers in their respective regions.

Paul & Beth Janning, Chair, Southwest Region

paul beth janningPaul and Beth Janning, of Hastings are Adams County Farm Bureau Members. Paul is a maintenance mechanic at Flowserve in Hastings, NE. Beth is the Science and Agriculture in Action Educator at Raising Nebraska. They have two daughters Maggie and Mary.

John & Molly Temme, Youth at-Large

john mollyJohn and Molly Temme of Wayne are Wayne County Farm Bureau members. They run a dairy and row crop operation. Molly owns Miss Molly’s, a coffee house, reception center, and catering business. John has served as Vice President of Wayne County Farm Bureau as well as on the State Legislative Policy Committee. John also serves on the Nebraska Farm Bureau Board of Directors as the Youth-at-Large director.

Luke & Erin Norman, Northwest Region

luke erinLuke and Erin Norman of Crawford are Dawes County Farm Bureau members. Luke works on the family ranch and runs his own registered herd and sells bulls. He also has a feed business. Erin is currently an instructor at Chadron State College and is a registered dietician. She teaches nutrition related classes and is currently working towards her doctorate degree in public health. They have been married for eight years and have four kids.

Kyle & Tiffany Lechtenberg, North Central Region

kyle tiffanyKyle & Tiffany Lechtenberg, of Spencer, NE are Boyd county Farm Bureau Members. Kyle is owner and operator of NorthView Family Farms, LLC in Spencer, NE. The farm specializes in Commercial Alfalfa, cattle and crops. Tiffany is a RN part time in O'Neil, operates her own business called Intended Beauty with Sengence and runs the household with 4 Kids, Joycin (6), Addison, Austin (4) and Jackson (1).

Randy & BrenDee Reinke, Northeast Region

randy brendeeRandy and BrenDee Reinke of Neligh, Nebraska are Antelope County Farm Bureau Board Members. They run a farm operation raising alfalfa, corn, and soybeans. Randy is a salesman and diesel technician and is the 3rd generation at Reinke’s Farm and City Service, Inc. BrenDee works full time as a Certified Public Accountant. They are active members of their church, rural fire board, and volunteer fire department.

Brady and Katie Revels, Southeast Region

brady katieBrady and Katie Revels are Douglas County Farm Bureau members from Omaha. Brady grew up on a diversified cattle operation in central Florida and is now an animal health representative for Elanco Animal Health. Katie grew up on a hog and grain operation in northeast Nebraska and is now a chiropractor in Omaha.

Alec & Meredith Ibach, Central Region

alec meredithAlec and Meredith Ibach of Kearney are Buffalo County Farm Bureau members. Alec is a fifth-generation farmer/rancher and is currently a financial officer at Farm Credit Services of America. Meredith is a second-grade teacher in Kearney.

Shane & Nicole Greving, At-Large

shane nicoleShane and Nicole Greving, of Chapman NE, live on the family farm and raise corn and soybeans. They are members of the Merrick County Farm Bureau where Shane currently serves as the board president. As well as being a farmer, and Farm Bureau board president, Shane serves as secretary for the Nebraska Soybean Association. He enjoys spending his free time at conventions and meetings learning more and doing what he can to advocate for the farmer. Nicole is a stay at home mom/ farm wife, she does the bookkeeping for the farm and enjoys taking care of their two kids, Bailey (11) and Braiden (8), and taking them to their various activities. She sits on the Merrick Foundation Board, and is the current president of the elementary PTO. She is also Shane's biggest supporter!

Jason & Karah Perdue, At-Large

jason karahJason and Karah Perdue are members of York County Farm Bureau. Jason works for a family owned Ag Retail company that distributes crop protection products. While Karah is technically a stay-at-home Mom, she is responsible for taking care of the day-to-day activities for the Perdue’s contract poultry operation. They have four children.

Eleanor Aufdenkamp, Student

eleanorEleanor Aufdenkamp of North Platte is a Lincoln County Farm Bureau member. She graduated in May 2017 with an Associate Degree in Agricultural Production Systems, CumLude from the Nebraska College of Technical Agriculture.  She currently attends the University of Nebraska-Lincoln as an Agricultural Education major with plans of student teaching in the Spring of 2019.

Cadrien Livingston, Student

cadrienCadrien Livingston of Orchard is a Knox County Farm Bureau member. She attends the University of Nebraska-Lincoln studying agricultural communications with a minor in political science. She hopes to speak on behalf of agriculture in the legislature in the future.
