Policy Forum

The Nebraska Farm Bureau Policy Forum on Nov. 16 will be in-person event.

EVENT FORMAT

Through the in-person meeting, members will be able to provide comments on resolutions submitted by their County Farm Bureau. Comments from county representatives will be limited to three minutes per issue/resolution, not including questions from the State Legislative Policy Subcommittee (SLPC).

There will not be a straw poll taken on individual resolutions again this year.

When there are no additional comments on the issue/resolution, the chair of the subcommittee will move on to the next issues/resolution.

Additional Information

Policy resolution packets will be available for download by Friday, Nov. 10 to provide time for review prior to Policy Forum.

Individuals who are unable to participate in Policy Forum can submit comments on resolutions for consideration by the State Legislative Policy Committee. All comments must be emailed to Whittney Kelley by 5:00 p.m., on Tuesday, Nov. 14.
