Over the last decade, farmers and ranchers have seen an explosion in the volume of new and proposed regulations. Farm Bureau understands there is a time and place for regulations in agriculture, but regulations developed without an understanding of farming and ranching or without agriculture input can damage the ability of farmers and ranchers to conduct their business. That’s why the Nebraska Farm Bureau devotes time and resources to engaging on regulatory issues. We work to provide a voice for farmers and ranchers in the regulatory development process, inject common sense, and prevent unnecessary regulations.
