Advocacy in Action: Bill to Improve County Zoning Processes Becomes Law

A bill that brings clarity and consistency to Nebraska’s zoning regulations is now law. Governor Jim Pillen signed LB 663 into law this week. Nebraska Farm Bureau made this bill, introduced by Sen. Storer, a policy priority throughout the yearlong process to bring important reforms to zoning laws that impact farmers and ranchers.
