Cornhusker Ag Outlook Meetings

The Center for Agricultural Profitability at the University of Nebraska is hosting a series of “Cornhusker Economics: Ag Outlook” meetings in December to help producers and agribusiness professionals prepare for 2026. The meetings will feature experts from the university’s Department of Agricultural Economics and Nebraska Farm Business, Inc., as well as financial and tax professionals and marketing experts. Updates on crop and livestock markets, farm finances, and agricultural policy will be shared and tax provisions from the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, historical farm financial trends, and trends for the year ahead will be covered. The sessions hope to provide practical takeaways to help producers evaluate their risk management plans, adjust to changing conditions, and position their operations for the future. The meetings are free. Go to cap.unl.edu/outlook to register.
