The Trump administration has announced plans to allow an additional 300,000 metric tons of foreign beef into the U.S. over 90 days without out-of-quota tariffs. Nebraska cattle producers are working to rebuild the nation’s beef supply after years of drought, wildfires, high input costs, and declining cattle inventories. This decision could create additional pressure on cattle prices at a critical time for Nebraska ranchers. USDA Includes Funding for New Precision Ag Center at Nebraska Innovation Campus
