Nebraska Farm Bureau Impacts American Farm Bureau Policy
Nebraska Farm Bureau (NEFB) leadership and staff traveled to Washington, D.C. this week to participate in American Farm Bureau's (AFBF) annual policy resolution committee meetings. Policy resolutions from across the U.S. were debated, edited, and ultimately advanced to the AFBF annual meeting taking place in January. Two of NEFB's three policy resolutions advanced to the next round of debate, including policy on food science research as well as federal food aid programs. The AFBF Annual Convention's policy session will take place in Anaheim, Calif. on January 13, 2026.
