Leadership Development
The future of agriculture is bright with a new generation of leaders emerging! We equip members with kills they need to make a positive impact in agriculture. Nebraska Farm Bureau is committed to providing opportunities for young people to network, connect, and grow within agriculture.

Young Farmers and Ranchers
The Young Farmers and Ranchers (YF&R) program is comprised of men and women ages 18-35 who are Farm Bureau members and looking to develop their leadership skills while also meeting and networking with their peers. For more than 50 years, young farmers and ranchers from across Nebraska have come together to share their experiences and to gather ideas and information.

Leadership Academy
Leadership Academy equips the future leaders of Farm Bureau with the tools they need to successfully advocate for agriculture, connect with members and embody the grassroots mission. Academy members will participate in five sessions focused on leadership development, understanding the county, state, and national structure of Farm Bureau and its grassroots network, policy work on agricultural issues, and the importance of agricultural literacy. Leadership Academy is a great experience for county board members and rising leaders ready to move Nebraska Farm Bureau forward.
